Renaissance regularly deals with the same product suppliers which often lead to lower quotes on prices on our high
monthly product purchases. We are then able to transfer these discounts to our clients.
Renaissance’s experienced staff members have worked at a variety of border entry
and exit points between countries within the SADC region. Their vast knowledge and experience with regards to documentation and legislative provisions when importing and exporting commodities serves to increase the turnaround time for products being purchased and sold. In addition, our staff are constantly in touch with the custom officials at exit and entry – this in turn ensures that we are up to date with all legislative
As a result of our large customer base, we have trucks that leave from Johannesburg on RATES a daily basis. This means that we are able to negotiate preferential rates with our logistics partners. In addition, we can consolidate small loads from a variety of different
customers, which means a faster turnaround time.
If a customer can draw a Letter of Credit in our favour or apply for credit – we can TERMS procure, do the logistics, clear the cargo and deliver. This has the advantage of reducing our clients’ Working Capital Cycle. Simply put, this means that the client doesn’t need to outlay their cash prior to receiving the product.
